Detail of the memorial panel at the centre of the RAF Faldingworth memorial to 300 Sqn and 1667 HCU which reads:
"PB823 / DV278
300 Sqn Polish Air Force
1944-1947
1667 HCU RAF 1943
To those who when tyranny threatened flew from this runway some never to return
And those who supported them on the ground.
We remember you all"
The memorial is location the eastern end of the remains of RAF Faldingworth's Runway 26.
