Further details to follow 50 and 61 Sqn MuseumThe 50 Sqn and 61 Sqn museum is located at Birchwood Community Centre on Birchwood Avenue, Lincoln, on the site of the former RAF Skellingthorpe.. The collection includes a model of RAF Skellingthorpe airfield, from which both sqns operated, archive photographs and records, aircraft memorabilia and equipment. 50 Sqn and 61 Sqn Books of Remembrance are also held here. Entrance is free and by way of the Community Centre main entrance, open all day, although some of the rooms may be in use at times.
