RAF Faldingworth surviving airfield hangar
In Sep 07 Peter Raby wrote to tell us that the surviving RAF Faldingworth
hangar is the former home of the BA1D Mobile Oxygen
Plant
that
was also
based
at the airfield. Presumably as a cover for the convoys that left the
base at various times. Peter worked in the hangar from August 1958 until
January
1961.
